Custom AI Tools

A working AI tool built around your specific work.

Designed by someone who understands what vulnerable people’s safety actually requires.

Most AI tools were built for someone else. They were designed for tech companies, marketing teams, and enterprise operations. Not for a trauma-informed nonprofit protecting client data, or a solo practitioner doing sensitive case work. Off-the-shelf tools ask you to fit your work into their system.

Custom AI Tools builds a system around your work.

Over 99% of AI health tools were built without consulting the people most affected by them. The tools your organization is being offered were not built with your populations in mind. These are built that way.

Who this is for.

  • Solo professionals and private practitioners who need AI calibrated to their specific field and client population
  • Nonprofits and community organizations who want real AI capability without enterprise costs
  • Organizations serving vulnerable populations who need trauma-informed design built in from the start, not added later
  • Any leader who has tried generic AI tools and found them too risky, too generic, or too difficult to use responsibly
  • Neurodivergent professionals navigating disclosure decisions, workplace culture, and tools that were not designed for how their brains work

Why RAISE Tech builds these differently.

Most custom AI builders start with the technology and work backward to the use case. RAISE Tech starts with the people the tool will affect and works backward from their safety to the build.

Two decades of direct service in systems where the wrong judgment can endanger someone. That experience shapes the design sensibility behind every build. That means considering what happens when something goes wrong for a vulnerable person, not just when it goes right.

Trauma-informed thinking is not a feature you can add later. It has to be in the foundation. Every Platform Lane build includes a quality verification layer, so the tool checks its own work rather than handing you output you have to catch.

Two ways to build.

Not every organization needs the same thing. Custom AI Tools has two lanes depending on what your work actually requires.

What a platform build costs

Platform builds start at $20,000 and cover the entire engagement: strategy, trauma-informed design, architecture, the build itself, and quality assurance. One person leads it. You get one deliverable.

Some builds need specialized engineering work that sits outside what I do directly. When that is the case, I identify it during scoping, price it before I quote you, and it appears as a line in your proposal. You will never receive a bill you did not see coming.

Platform Lane

Ongoing support, if you want it

A working platform needs occasional attention. Security updates, adjustments as your work changes, and someone who knows the system when something goes wrong.

Support starts at $800 per month, with a three month minimum. Many clients take it. Some do not. It is quoted alongside your build so the number is never a surprise, and the decision is yours.

Light Lane

Ongoing support, if you want it

Optional monthly support starting at $400 for refinement as your work changes. Three month minimum. Separate from the build price and quoted alongside it, so you can decide with the full picture in front of you.

Sessions are virtual. In person is available in Austin by arrangement.

Not sure which lane fits your work?

That is what the scoping conversation is for. Tell us what you are working on and we will tell you which path fits. No pressure. Just a straight answer.

Ask about a custom tool

Every build is scoped in writing before work begins, and that scope defines what is delivered. AI systems produce output that requires human review. Tools built by RAISE Tech are designed to support the judgment of the people using them, not to replace it. Decisions affecting the people you serve remain with you and your staff. RAISE Tech does not provide legal, clinical, or compliance advice.
