Tools in Development

AI tools for vulnerable people. And infrastructure for the organizations that serve them.

Finally Seen and Landed are RAISE Tech’s two career tools, built for people whose backgrounds do not fit what standard employment tools are designed to handle. Finally Seen finds and translates skills built through caregiving, recovery, survival, and service into language employers recognize.

Landed diagnoses exactly where a job seeker is stuck and takes them through the complete journey, from the right materials to interview preparation, network building, and post-hire support.

Both tools accept individual users directly. Organizations serving vulnerable populations can also provide access to the people they serve. Both are in active development and accepting founding partner inquiries. Landed launches first. Finally Seen follows. Join the waitlist on the Finally Seen or Landed pages to be first to know when they open.

Landed

Your preparation met opportunity.

You completed the training. You have the credential. You are still not getting hired. That is not a you problem.

The gap is not about qualifications. It is about five barriers: the resume filtered before a person reads it, the interview that measures fit instead of capability, the gap or record that ends the conversation, real skills that do not survive translation, and no one on the inside to put your name forward. Landed addresses all five.

Founding Partners

Interested in being a founding partner?

A founding partner relationship is a structured co-development arrangement, open to organizations and to individuals with direct experience of these barriers. If you want to be part of how these tools develop, this is not just early access at a discount. You give real input on workflow fit and what works for your specific population. You participate in a documented evaluation. You help shape what these tools become. In return, you receive partnership-rate licensing when the tools launch, early access during development, and a direct relationship with the people building them.

Individual founding partners, including staff participating through an organizational partnership, receive the same package in their own name: lifetime free access to both tools, everything the tools produce for you, and a written confirmation of your participation. RAISE Tech is pre-revenue, so there is no cash payment, and that is named up front rather than discovered later.

See how it works

Common questions.

Do I need Finally Seen to use Landed?
No. Landed works on its own. If your background needs translation before you can present it in a hiring context, Finally Seen comes first. But if you are ready to work on the practical side of job searching, materials, interviews, network, Landed is where you start.
Can my organization purchase access for the people we serve?
Yes. Both tools are designed for organizational licensing in addition to individual access. Reach out to talk about how that works for your specific context.
What does the waitlist mean?
It means you hear directly from RAISE Tech when early access opens. No marketing list. No spam. Just the news when it matters.
